Clearly Retail

Clearly Retail is a point of sales system for small to medium sized organizations that combines traditional brick and mortar sales with electronic business mechanisms to take advantage of electronic commerce. The fundamental idea of Clearly Retail is to take a traditional business and empower them to start including electronic service initiatives within their own company at their own pace, through a simple, consistent software interface.

The project was implemented in Java as a cross-platform solution. Clearly Retail currently exists as a boxed product and a base component for building systems which require an intelligent, network-based point of sales systems.
