One of the things I have learned in dealing with media and technology companies over the past several years is that they are often very difficult to deal with. From a corporate point of view, they were good companies but from a customer point of view, they just felt unfriendly.

When we founded Liberated Networks - our goal was to create a different kind of technology company - a company committed to the highest quality products and customer service. When it was time to create a slogan, "The Likeable Software Company" just seemed to fit.

We can never say that technology will never be uncooperative - but we can say that we will be with you all the way with a smile.
